5 Unique Life lessons from the Cows

Growing up on the dairy teaches you a lot about life. There are so many life lessons that you can learn working with animals on a farm. The cows in particular are great teachers. They can teach you how to be a better person. I’ve personally learned a lot working with them. So what can you learn from cows anyways. Here are 5 important life lessons that I’ve learned in my time working with the cows:1. When you love others, they will love you back
Take care of the cows and they will take care of you: When you’re taking care of the cows, you quickly discover that having a vigilant focus on your cows comfort and well-being is the key to successful dairy farm. Healthy, happy cows give more milk, and lead far more productive lives than cows that aren’t treated well. It’s been scientifically proven that cows with more love in their life will outperform any cows that aren’t being treated well.
**Take care of others, and they will take care of you**
2. Adopt an attitude of patience
One of the biggest lessons you learn working with cows is patience. Cows by nature are very calm gentle animals. They don’t get super hyper, but instead just mosey though life at a steady, constant pace. Being that they weigh 1,500 lbs. on average, they have the right to do whatever they like. Working with them is a good lesson in patience.3. If you’re being rude, you’re going to be kicked
If you’re acting crazy, being obnoxious, or sneaking up abruptly on the cows you are going to be kicked. There are no ifs ands or buts about it; Bessie is going to give you a good strong kick. Hooves don’t feel good, but they do knock some sense into you. It teaches you that being callous, or insensitive to those around you will ultimately end up coming back to you in a negative way. Better to be thoughtful, and understanding when your around others.
**Being rude will get you kicked**
4. Sometimes pushing is useless, you need to lead
When you’re trying to herd the cows, sometimes trying to push them is pointless. The cows would rather explore, or try to gather around you. Pushing them in this kind of a situation is very difficult. But a better way is just to lead them. Lead and they will follow. This kind of attitude can also apply in life. Don’t push; lead.5. Go slow to go fast
This is something that people with little experience working with cows find difficult to understand. You can actually get your job done faster by going slower. Rushing around trying to go fast is not how cows operate, but instead they like slow and steady movement to rushed hasty ones. Being slow and gentle keeps the cows calm and relaxed. It seems contrary right, but if you go slow and are gentle, the cows cooperate like champions. This obviously makes your job much more relaxing and enjoyable. This kind of attitude can make life in general better. Stop rushing around, you’re only stressing yourself out. Slow down and enjoy life where you’re at. Summing them up
If you could sum up the general philosophy of life lessons from cows, it would probably be to slow down and adopt a carefree attitude. In our culture today, there is this huge emphasis on doing things, filling up your calendar and going a million miles a minute. Maybe we should be more like cows. Perhaps we should adopt the general attitude of a cow. Slow down, be gentle, relax, and enjoy life more.Probably one of the most important lessons from the cows though, would be to make sure your giving love to those around you. While we don’t feed people like cows do, there is definitely something every one of us can do to show love to others.

England are the ICC Women's World Cup 2017 champions.
That's it from us in our coverage of the ICC Women's World Cup 2017, with hosts England emerging the deserved winners in the end! It was a wonderful experience for us covering this tournamnent, and in the end all we can say is that we are on the cusp of a revolution in women's cricket.
For now, this is Amit Banerjee signing off on behalf of my team, as well as cricketer-turned-journalist Snehal Pradhan (who is soaking in the post-match atmosphere at Lord's) and our statsman Umang Pabari. Goodnight!
Mithali Raj (India captain): Well yes, because it wasn't easy for England, but credit to them for holding on to their nerves. I would like to tell my girls that I'm very proud of them, and they didn't make any match look easy for the opposition. Also, thank you to the crowd. It gave us a boost. Goswami is an experinced bowler and has always delivered for the team, but England had a lot of depth in their batting. These girls have a lot of inexperience playing their first final. I will definitely play for a couple of years, but I don't see myself playing the next World Cup. She's (Goswami) done her bit for the country. That's truly because of the way the team has performed in the tournament, and it has changed back home.
England captain Heather Knight: I can't stop smiling to be honest. The girls have benen outstanding throughout the tournament. We've won really tight games which is something we've worked on in the last 18 months. In the semifinal, and even in this game, we delivered when the heat is on. Anya Shrubsole, what a hero! (India batters) They were batting brilliantly, credit to them, they've had a great tournament. But we knew that if we stayed on till the end and brought the rate up over 5 or 6, we would be in the game. Punam was brillaint and they put two partnership together but we hung in and the girls held their nerve. And we got over the line. A huge thank you to the crowds and ECB. This will help with the growth of the game in the country and persuade more girls to get involved. WOmen's cricket has been going from strength to stength. We put on a good show. The tournament has been outstanding. England is a perfect place to be hosting this tournament given the stage at which we are now. This will be a springboard for women's cricket.

Ban on Rs 500 & Rs 1000 Currency Notes
My thoughts on today's news:
How will the ban of Rs.500 and
Rs.1000 notes affect you as a common man?
First, people who have a lot of
cash, legally earned, will deposit it in the bank. This will increase bank's
deposits by a huge margin.
This will also increase the lending
activity because banks have a CRR (cash reserve ratio) to maintain and with
more deposits they can do more lending.
Credit (loans) will become easier
and interest rates may come down. More loans given out increases broad money
supply and creates inflation. But this will happen slowly, not over-night.
What will happen over-night is heavy
deflation.
Because people who have illegally
earned this money may be afraid to deposit it in a bank. There are people with
crores of cash, black money, earned through illegal ways, such as corruption,
smuggling etc.
Some of these guys will try to find
this money into a bank, but they have to declare it as income and pay taxes on
it. Then the question arises - how did they make this income in the first
place. Most of these guys will chicken out, count their blessings and just
waste the money they have stashed somewhere in Rs.500 and Rs.1000 notes.
This will reduce the total currency
circulation in the economy - leading to deflation. Deflation increases the
value of money that we have because the total money supply goes down but the
commodities and things available in the market have not gone down.
[Example] If there are 100 widgets
and 100 coins, each widget's value would be Rs.1. If there are 100 widgets and
only 50 coins, each widget would cost Rs.0.50 only. Which means with each coin,
you can buy 2 widgets.
The inflation and deflation will
balance out each other on some level. But it is going to take some time for the
inflation to happen because lending activities do not happen over night.
Deflation will happen first, for the
next 6 months to 1 year. Gold prices will drop, stocks & commodities will
drop. Everyone will get excited and congratulate the government for making this
move.
Then slowly, as lending activity
goes up, the broad money supply will go up and prices of all things would go
up, slowly and steadily.
Now no one can predict the extent of
the deflation and inflation. In an ideal world, if 100% of the people who have
Rs.500 and Rs.1000 notes have it as white money, then we would see only
inflation. If a lot of these are black money and if many people decide to waste
the money instead of depositing it, then we will have deflation in the short
term.
If you see heavy deflation and heavy
drop in prices, then it means that India has a lot of corrupt people who earned
money in illegal ways, too afraid to deposit the money in a bank!
And my gut feeling says that we
would see heavy deflation in the next 6 months. If you bet on this, then buy
gold, stocks of asset-heavy companies.
What about Real estate?
It would crash slowly and recover
quickly. That's because, in real estate, there is no index price like gold and
it is fixed by the market in a demand-supply balance.
Let's say I have a real estate plot
- a 40 x 60 plot which I bought for 1 crore a year back. Let's the say market
value of it until yesterday was 1.5 crores. I would still think that the value
of it would be 1.5 crores and I wouldn't sell it for less than that.
But if I want to sell it because I
need money, I wouldn't get a buyer immediately. Because most buyers in real
estate are doing the transactions in black money. Potential buyers would tell
me that they don't have 1.5 crores in white money, so they will not be able to
buy it.
With less potential buyers in the
market and fewer people having white money, the demand for the land goes down
and drives down its price. If I yield and sell it for 1.2 crores, I am driving
down the market price in the entire locality.
RE crash will happen slowly because
people will yield to the pressure slowly and start selling at lower prices
because suddenly the pool of potential buyers have gone down. I predict that RE
prices would dip to lowest by end of 2017 and then start moving up again as
inflation catches up.
[Disclaimer: Currencies, inflation,
deflation, payments and banking is a very interesting subject for me and I have
read a lot of books on this topic. This is just my opinion, but I am bold
enough to share this in the public domain. However, I may be wrong. Let's see
how this pans out. Today is an iconic day in India's journey. History in the
making. Nov 8th 2016! This would be a day to remember.]

Make four figure income
To use every available opportunity to:
1. Build an active Team keeping the Plan in Mind is the First Step;
2. More focus needed on Sales, More Sales and keeping it growing continuously;
Both should go hand in hand and its not that one should be achieved and then focus should be made on the second.
In fact, personally, I focus more on Sale of TripleClicks as well as other ECA's products.
I am creating more collections and promoting them in my one way!
Other side, I intend promoting the Combi Offers available for Groceries through Transfer Buying. I am in the verge of placing orders for me and few of my friends for these items very shortly. I am just working on the type of products available vis a vis our monthly requirements.
It will help in 2 ways:
1. My family requirement of these items will be met;
2. ECAs selling these are available in my Region;
3. I need not spend much separately on purchase to gather VersaPoints;
4. Since my friends will also buy these, I will earn commission as well valuable VersaPoints;
If I keep repeating these every month, involving more of my friends, contacts, etc , I am confident of earning a very good income, probably a four figure income within the next 12-18 months.
I equally realize everything depends on my sincere efforts to have a realistic plan and implement the most appropriate action to reach my goals.
On the other hand, I am trying to develop my downline through advertisements, word of mouth, etc. While the results are not forthcoming rapidly, I do know that more patience and perseverance are required in order to succeed in this area. But, I have not given up! I keep changing my advertisement strategies and I am confident!

India evacuates 170 foreigners from Nepal
Terrified Nepal patients want treatment in tents, not in hospital buildings:
People injured in the deadly earthquake in Nepal are now so
traumatised with fear that they prefer receiving treatment in tents
rather than inside hospitals after several buildings collapsed burying
hundreds of victims.
Kedar Prasad Srivastav, 75, is to be operated upon for an abdomen surgery, but he prefers to get treated in the open ground outside the Kathmandu Medical College (KMC) for fear of tremors and aftershocks after Saturdays quake that devastated the Himalayan nation, killing over 4,300 people with more than 8,000 others injured.
When he felt the tremors, Srivastav got himself shifted outside. The fear of the quake is such that he prefers getting treated in the open ground, amid rain, cold and mosquitoes.
We have been asking patients to shift indoors, but they simply refuse because of the fear of the quake, said Dr Sajipta Panth, a gynaecologist at the KMC.
Initially, even the doctors were fearing to operate on patients inside the buildings.
What do we do? If we have to treat the patients then even we have to stay safe.
For the first two days we operated patients inside the hospital. Now, we have a makeshift mobile operation theatre erected in the open ground of the Nepal Armed Police Force, said Dr Manoj Shah, another gynaecologist at KMC.
Meanwhile, medical help has started pouring in with teams of doctors arriving from different parts of the world.
India has set up three mobile hospitals at Lagan Khel, some 17 kms from the capital and Seni Mangal.
We have despatched teams at Barpak and Sindupalchowk (the two most affected districts), said Col R K Yadava of the Indian Army Medical Corps who also also have paratroopers with them.
So, just in case if we are asked to go into the interiors then we can be para trooped. Our team is well equipped and can even erect a mobile operation theatre in case of an emergency, said Major Abid Aman.

Also, all of your SFI badges are proudly displayed below your photo! And if you’ve been with SFI for at least 90 days, it also tells the prospect how long you’ve been an SFI affiliate.

We believe there are, yes, but that’s where testing needs to come in. Generally speaking, however, the JMT Gateway might be best when you’ve already made contact and maybe already introduced them to SFI. By referring such prospects to the JMT Gateway, you can now introduce YOURSELF and perhaps show your prospect SFI in a “different light.” But again, TESTING is the only way to find out for sure.
Q: Having the badges on the JMT Gateway sounds like a good idea, but since most of the badges reference things and programs they’ve never heard of, will it really impress anyone?
It’s impossible to know. Everyone’s different of course. We believe, however, that having a high Power Rank, being a Fast-Track Member, being a Forum Guru, being an E365 Champion or Finalist, and so on, IS going to make you stand out and cause prospects to want to join with you. Most people want to join with winners!
Q: I’ve only been with SFI a short time, I don’t have many badges, etc. Should I use it?
That’s totally up to you. You can, of course, start using it anytime in the future when you feel it will work for you.

TIPS :
